Research Manager

Florencia leads RELP research activities and content development. She holds a degree in Economics and a MA in International Economics Relations from Buenos Aires University (UBA). She also has a diploma in Development and Financing of Renewable Projects from CEMA University, as well as a Specialization in Management of the Electricity Market from Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA). Florencia has vast experience in economic and financial analysis of infrastructure and energy projects. At the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy of Argentina, her main responsibility was designing a regulatory framework to encourage local renewable energy equipment manufacturing and attract foreign investment. Prior to this role, Florencia worked as an economic consultant in both the private and public sectors.
