President of Jinko Power International

Charles has been the President of Jinko Power International since 2015. He’s also responsible for Jinko Group’s global solar IPP business. He spear-headed and built Jinko’s international solar IPP asset portfolio that has positioned Jinko as a highly competitive and recognized brand in the industry. Having been in solar industry over 14 years, Charles as an industry veteran has taken important roles in global solar companies. Prior to working at Jinko, he was the founding CFO of ReneSola, a NYSE-listed solar company, and later was Senior Vice President in charge of global solar IPP business at Canadian Solar. Charles was an energy banker at a number of global investment banks prior to his corporate life. He has raised over US$4 bn of equity via capital markets, transacted M& over US$500 mn, and raised over US$6 bn of non-recourse project finance debt in multiple jurisdictions.
